Job Description
- Answer customers calls.
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Job Requirements
- Graduatesonly
- Military service MUST be determined( finished, exempted, postponed).
- Cairo residence only(New cairo, Heliopolis, Nasr city, Maadi, Downtown, ect..).
- Good/ Very good English speaker.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Maximumage 30 years old.
