Data Analytics-Associate Consultant

Responsibilities :

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues

• Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client

• Preferred experience in forecasting/ predictive analysis/ Market mix model/ Segmentation/ linear regression/ Clustering analysis/ statisticalmodelling/ statistical techniques and excelmodelling/ any excelmodelling./ strong experience in providing analytical solutions and business solutions/ consulting and revenue management.

• Preferred experience in another consulting firm/ market research- specifically having worked in 2 or more problem areas in their tenure

• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs;

•Synthesiseand communicate results to clients and teams through oral and written presentations;

• Preferred experience working in the global delivery model

• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects;

• Create projectdeliverableand implement solutions;

• Advance problem solving skills

• Guide and mentor Associates on teams, People management skills.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering (any branch), and strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required;

• 2.5-4.5 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience.

An MBA/PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience;

• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;

• Strong oral and written communication skills;

• Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence;

• Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;

• Self-discipline for planning andorganisingtasks;
