Job Description

Role Objective:Ensure that the product at Al Nasser is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Create Al Nasser designs that reflect the conceptual creative direction and business strategy.
• Managing design process from conception to final styling for assigned product category.
• Designing and development of the seasonal sourced apparel.
• Make a complete sketch using designing computer program.
• Work with pre-production partner to ensure design packages are complete and accurate.
• Responsible for developing new design ideas, research design concepts from magazines& stores, and collect various designs from exhibitions and fashion shows.
• Research of seasonal themes, fabrications and material and colors etc
• Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including product development, technical design, and merchandising.
• Ensures adherence to the Seasonal Time and Action calendar.
• Responsible for balancing Al Nasser identity rules with creative opportunities.
• Conduct market research in order to identify new trends fabrics and techniques.
• Discuss design idea with retail management team and get information about new styles and customer preferences.

Job Requirements

• . Bachelor’s degree in fashion design/art /Apparel Design, Textiles, Manufacturing or similar.
• 2 to 5 years of industry/ sector experience.
