- Deliver a high standard Hook Up ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times.
- Implementation of a continuous improvement philosophy across the Hook Up function, delivering best practices at all times.
- Management, support and development of Hook Up personnel.
- Management and direction of Hook Up personnel in the safe and structured delivery of the offshore Hook Up plan.
- Management and direction of the Mechanical completions team to ensure seamless handover to commissioning.
- Management of labour plant equipment and vendors.
- Chair offshore daily progress meetings and morning calls
- Management of budgets and costs associated with the hook up.
- Provision of support and training to hook up personnel, ensuring all personnel are competent, possess the required qualifications/ skills and tools.
- Maintaining schedule / cost deliverables associated with the hook up process
