- Directs the processing and entering of employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
- Directs the compilation of data from personnel records and preparation of reports.
- Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other purposes.
- Receives the monthly attendance of employees and recording the leaves.
- Prepares the monthly payroll based on the attendance sheets received from different departments.
- Execute and handle all the government formalities in coordination with the company PRO In additional to supervise all the Administrations requirements.
- Identify, negotiate and sign deals with reputed recruitment agencies, maintain Resume bank, seeking and posting in the social media and variance sites to recruit the suitable and potential candidates.
- Conduct periodical job evaluation and performance appraisals in accordance with company policy.
