- Previously worked in valuation with Big 4 Audit companies or reputable investment banking companies.
- Very proficient in valuation and business plan modeling.
- Be able to present opportunity studies and company reports on both PowerPoint and Word in a very professional way within a tight time frame.
- Have a generic understanding on accounting regulation.
- Be English proficient to prepare and review memo, letters, agreement, term sheet, SPA, SHA, etc.
