• Works on basic HVAC network systems, including fiber optic networks and building management communication network shooting; • Performs basic electrical instillation; • Requires to readily use temperature and relative humidity meters, data loggers, electrical volt and amp meters; • Works closely with HVAC and plumbing field technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing equipment; • Performs minor AC and plumbing mechanical repairs; • Assists other Maintenance team member when required • Assist with painting and upkeep of HVAC and plumbing equipment.
