- Coordination for Technology Transfer from Technology Development Group (TDG) and Operation and work closely with TDG in Process Scale-up to Commercial Level.
- Preparation of Process Design Package (PDP) and Basic Engineering Package (BEP)
- Design calculations and Process Data Sheets of Reactor, Distillation Column, Scrubber, Heat E xchangers, Filters, Pumps etc.
- Preparation of Material and Energy Balance.
- Preparation of BFD, PFD and P&ID.
- Preparation of Process Data Sheets of Static and Rotary items.
- Process Simulation Softwares like ChemCAD.
- Preparation of Line List, Tie-In List, Equipment List.
- Preparation of Cause and Effect Diagram.
Requirements
Function:Process Design Engineer
Education level:B. Tech/B. E Chemical Engineering
Nature of Experience:PDP, Basic & Detail Engineering â Process& Operation
Experience Range:5-6 years minimum
