Job Description
Wiring Harness Quality Engineer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To prepare quality plan for vendor & customer.
- Involved in preparation of PPAP and defining levels for supplier as per internal as well as customer requirements.
- Responsible for Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Responsible for Non Conformity Part Analysis. (Customer / supplier)
- To carry out Process audit, product audit and layout Inspection.
- Responsible for supplier quality rating & PPM Calculation.
- To take care of customer complaint & maintain record for the same.
- Analysis on customers & suppliers MOM and action plan.
- To prepare & maintain CAPA and 8 D problem solving taken on each complaints.
- To make & maintain monthly rejection analysis reports.
- To prepare, maintain & follow PPAP system.
- To submit of PPAP to customers when required
- Ensuring that process needed for QMS are established, implemented & maintained.
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system & any need for improvement on weekly basis.
- Responsible for Calibration of Instruments & Gauges.
- Overall supplier quality improvement, initiating meeting with the suppliers regarding the future improvement.
- Control overall quality of supplied parts according to the customer requirement.
- To Handle over all responsibilities for ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015,ISO 45001:2018 and IATF Audit and maintain all record & formats related to ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015,ISO 45001:2018 and IATF.
- Conducting of vendor audit & supplier quality improvements.
- Process Improvements in vendor.
- Assessment of supplier quality during new supplier selection.
- Internal audits
Requirements
Minimum : 1 year Wiring Harness / Wire harness / Cable assembly design experience in Catia.
Education - Diploma Electronics / Electrical / EnTC
BE. BTech Graduates Please do not apply

Salary: â¹12,000.00 - â¹20,000.00 per month
