Job Description
• Filling new installation reports, Engineers daily visits, Pending quotations.
• Handling external visits appointments.
• Issuing new installation requests.
• Answer Incoming & e-mails.
• Tracking invoices.
• Providing all business related report to SC upon request.
• Order Shipment outside Cairo
• Issuing maintenance reports.
• Handling Customer’s complaints.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Advanced administrative skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, calm and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent behavior and attitudes with all employees
- Quick learner
- Bachelor Degree
- Good English and Arabic language ; business written and spoken .
- Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).
- Analytical Thinking and problem solving skills .
