Job Description

- Manage the team of CHVs and their activities and organize the day-to-day work. This is done through weekly meetings and regular phone calls and visits.
- Manage the financial transactions of the PSS activities: ensuring the budget is accurate and spending follows the budget.
- Support supervision, monitoring and evaluation assistance to the PSS CHVs facilitators providing psychological awareness interventions.
- Implement data collection tools efficiently; with a special focus on referrals and follow up.
- Be responsible for the selection and training of Community Health Volunteers (CHV).
- Be responsible for community sensitisation and mobilisation related to PSS activities, family sessions and legal awareness sessions.
