Job Description
- You are an expert in commercial real estate and have made your mark as a recognized and established real estate professional in the market
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate, including rapid large scale acquisition and development
- Have additional specialist knowledge In food and beverage/hospitality, industrial expansion or retail
- You have experience in a range of asset classes (industrial, commercial and retail)
- You are commercially savvy and technically savvy and can foster and leverage the right relationships to close deals
- Financial expert and comfortable with different methods of financial valuation of property
- You have a good understanding of all aspects of real estate development – equity structures, financing considerations, construction, moving out
- – you live, breathe and sleep alternative properties;You are very passionate and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Kuwait
- You are an accomplished salesperson and a self-motivated person.You should be comfortable presenting to major internal and external audiences.
- You have built a strong real estate network.You can find your way to any developer and owner and you can leverage your rolodex
- You are analytical, decisive and entrepreneurial drive to implement a strategic plan to buy real estate
- You aspire to be an evangelist not a mercenary You want to work for a fast-growing unicorn startup
- You see the big picture and make decisions Based on long-term value vs. short-term profit
- - You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to communicate complex deals in simple terms
