Spare Part Manager - Heavy Equipment

• Responsible for managing the distribution of the dealership/distributorship spare parts and accessories via channels .
• Ensure that the parts sales achieve budget objectives.
• Optimize/Monitor/Control/Protect the Company Parts & Accessories Inventory Asset in the most effective & efficient manner in order to meet the stock turnover and availability targets that are assigned to the department with the relevant KPIs.
• Continually investigate and assess the local parts market, develop methods of improving the level of market penetration.
• Prepare the parts department annual revenue and expenses budget thru Annual Operational Plan and continuously monitor the parts department financial performance.
• Maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objectives and review all pricing policies, labor rates, fleet discounts and parts pricing and monitor parts department productive performance daily.
• Ensure all clerical functions within the parts department are carried out in accordance with company policies and review all departmental activities and reporting system and maintain good liaison with other departments and direct liaison with manufacturers, suppliers, statutory representatives and all other contacts.
