Job Description

• Greet and welcome clients parting the Aertsen - Living experience

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; company profile, and services we offer.

• First point of contact to all the CRM leads, qualifying the leads and directing them to the business head.

• Allocates the potential clients to designated designers directed by the Business Head.

• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

• 0-2 year experience

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
