1. End to end ownership of data management and data quality for the CDP platform throughout the value chain
2.Understand the dataset and understand define key metrics to measure data quality
3. Build and enforce best practices and process improvements to ensure quality of data
procured from different sources.
4. Has understanding of databases, running queries using SQL for data retrieval.
5. Understand product and client needs and situations and adapt to project expectations. Show ability to resolve complex issues across work streams.
6. Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team.
Qualifications:
Education Required: Incumbent should have pursued MBA from top-tier institute or statistical/analytical course from a tier 1 university
Preferred: Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is strongly preferred.
Experience Required: 7+ years of in-depth experience with market research and secondary research at a consulting firm, market research agency or data provider
Knowledge & Skills: 7+ years of experience in areas related to project management, data quality or secondary research. Hands-on experience in secondary research and data quality management
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus
Experience in a data quality management role or team is preferred
Prior experience as a business analyst on data driven projects
Data product development experience at a product organisation is a BIG plus
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional prioritisation and time management skills
Highly organised and pays attention to detail
Proven self-starter (comfortable with what could be a remote team) with demonstrated problem solving and organisational skills
Track record of building scalable processes
Track record of managing and building high performance teams is a plus
