Digital Marketing Lead/ Senior

Job Description

• Work with the client and the account manager to understand the client's business objectives and advertising strategy.
• Work on several projects at the same time, often for several different clients.
• Make decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns.
• Undertake research and analyze data.
• Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans, and more.
• Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior, and media habits.
• Present proposals, including cost schedules & KPIs to clients.
• Recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations.
• Work with colleagues, other departments, and publishers and maintain good contacts.
• Maintain detailed records.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to inform future ones.
• Always notify the accounts team of campaign updates.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure cash availability for running campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. And preferably post-training programs in media and digital marketing
• 3+ years proven experience in digital media planning and buying
• Google certified.
• Sales and marketing.
• Communication, innovation, time management, and leadership skills.
