Job Description

- Deliver ERP engagements that identify design and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for the company.
- Manage and monitor the ERP department, to provide support by enhancements, maintenance of ERP systems.
- Suggest new solutions which will add the highest value to our company.
- Responsible for all escalation issues regarding ERP systems.
- Exercise overall day-to-day control of project leaders and the resources of the program, balancing the needs for program success with the skills and capabilities of the staff.
- Ability to monitor the cost, calculate the number of resources for the project and deploy it for the ERP project.
- Responsible for designing a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the ERP project.
- Solve complex problems which arise in the project and be responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time.
- Report to the ERP Manager.
- Be able to meet deadlines and provide support to coworkers as and when required.
