  • Assist in formulating the organization’s recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Assist in facilitate the annual manpower planning and ensure that the resourcing plan is aligned to the organizational growth plans.
  • Assist in exploring market best practices in recruitment and staffing.
  • Prepare the job descriptions of the current and new positions.
  • Define applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, as necessary, both locally and regionally, to secure required resources.
  • Research and choose job advertising options and manpower agencies.
  • Assess performance of agencies and recruitment websites in supplying qualified candidates for recruited positions.
  • Write the job posts of the online recruitment (LinkedIn, company website, recruitment websites, etc.).
  • Maintain database of potential candidates.
  • Screen applicant CVs, select potential candidates on defined criteria and generate shortlist of potential candidates to conduct interviews.
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Handle all requests for internal transfers and promotions and ensure compliance with approved transfer and promotion guidelines.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection or rejection where necessary.
  • Prepare the job offers of the selected candidates and send it to the candidate for his review and confirmation.
  • Negotiate salaries with candidates based on available salary scale criteria after getting the approval from the HR Manager.
  • Follow-up on the new visa process of the overseas hired candidates.
  • On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR team.
  • Recommend ways to improve employer branding and build the company’s professional network.
  • Maintain the exit interviews with the resigned and terminated employees and prepare the required reports and analysis.
  • Perform other related duties requested by the HR Management.
  • Coordinate with the performance management officer regarding the probation period assessment.
  • Coordinate with the training & development officer to ensure the new employees is fully integrated regarding the on boarding training.
  • Coordinate with the Administration section regarding the visa procedures of the new hired overseas employees.
