- Leading the development of departmental strategic goals and objectives
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining contact and relationships with current and potential partners both internationally and in Jordan.
- Designing project proposals in coordination with relevant staff and developing proposal narratives, budgets, and MEL strategies that adhere to best practices.
- Gathering data, information, and supporting documentation required to submit funding requests.
- Conducting prospect research to identify new foundation, INGO, government, or other partner funding opportunities that align with the organization’s mission, initiatives, and programs.
