- Establish MEAL System and ensure proper implementation of M&E plans and activities.
- Develop a relevant and appropriate tool for collecting data from field.
- Work with IMU Team to ensure the collection of relevant and appropriate data needed for an effective M & E system which will be utilized in monitoring strengths, weaknesses and gaps in existing program and services and for reporting on donor commitments as well as producing board summaries.
- Lead program monitoring activities including tool design and analysis in collaboration with IMU and Programs department.
