Job Description

- Receipt, registration, Scanning of documents into TPS processing system and processing as per Trade Ops instructions
- To manage different components of workload, client services and other internal and external reporting on daily basis ensuring adherence to designated deadlines and controls.
- To investigate, analyze and resolve customer enquiries/requirements.
- To participate in other initiatives within Trade and Branch Operations to support business strategy and objectives.
- Receipt, registration, Scanning of documents into GTS processing system and processing as per Trade Ops instructions
- Monitoring of transactions assigned to technician/GSC to ensure it is completed.
