You will Head the entire local direct farmers and cucoon sourcing initiatives. This includes various cocoon types and build a sustainable and scalable sourcing network.

Responsibilities will include:

  • We are looking for a Business expansion manager to own and build a pipeline for local sourcing products.

  • Setting of Procurement & Sales in New territory, and expanding Reshamandi business footprint into new cities and states.

  • Provide a good Training and Setting of process and Daily Execution.

  • Adding Farmers and Reelers into reshamandi digital ecosystem

  • Driving Online Transactions, Creating Profitability, Strategic Quality Proc., Tgt Vs. Achv, Quality Control, Customer Building & Satisfaction.

  • Strategic approach to Scale Profit, during sales

  • Drive Captive Sales & Maximization of no of Reelers Outreach during Sales

  • Bookings Via App., Online Payments

  • Candidate should have deep knowledge of Geographical Penetration.

  • You will also hire, train and develop a high-performance sourcing

  • team to set clear goals, incentive structure and targets and drive them effectively.

Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:

  • We are looking for 6-15 years of experience in working on fields with farmers in south India, specifically Salem belt.

  • Extensive knowledge of sericulture, cocoons , costing and negotiations.

  • You must possess thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access is desirable.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to improving things every day.

  • Excellent eye for detail, able to deep dive and good problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to make decision-based on sound logical arguments.

  • Ideal candidate should has a good Geographical knowledge

  • Should has a good team handling experience and good motivational skills

  • Self-starter/multi-tasker,confident, resourceful with good presentation

Preferences:

  • Experience and good network in the Silk market

  • Good understanding of regional supply sources for silk yarns, Cocoons

  • Experience with hiring at Rural Locations within India.

  • Experience in working with a high growth startup.
