Talent Acquisition Specialist
(Non-IT Recruiter)

RESHAMANDI is enabling Indian Silk Farmers, Reelers, and Weavers to improve their quality
and quantity, via technology. At Reshamandi, once-in-a-century disruption is happening. As
India’s only Digital Supply Chain for Silk, we are bringing cutting-edge technologies into the lives

You will be working with a team that has an audacious mission, crazy enthusiasm, and that

What will you work on?
• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be a part of our Human Resources department
and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
• Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels,
planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies
and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
• Have a good experience in Non-Tech Hiring related to (Finance, Marketing and Sales
too.)
• Looking for corporate recruiters with corporate recruitment experience
• Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future
hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and
professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant
Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Managing HRMS, HR Operations, Employee Engagement and Employee Exit process.
Who are we looking for?
• We are looking for team members who have a Bachelors degree and have min. 3-5 years
prior experience in hiring for mostly functional, non-technical, for mid-senior level hiring
What skills should you have?
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Comfortable for flexible timings.
• Strong experience in recruitment strategy.
What if you knew would be a plus?
• Past experience in working with startup or agritech companies will be an added
advantage.
• Experience in any HRMS is an Advantage.
