- Providing operational excellence within the Asset Management field in the development of a site wide Asset Management Strategy.
- Providing pro-active support as part of the team responsible for developing, global best practice benchmarking and production of core Asset Management procedures and standards as a major component of the O&M Manuals
- Support the client in the effective delivery of complex contract deliverables across Asset Management practices
- Produce evidence-based research into Asset Management processes and systems
- Engage and maintain close working relationships within the client and its partners to optimize O&M best practices
