Job Description
Managing large-scale projects and programs from the bidding phase to the invoicing and handover.
Responsible for:
- Providing the presales team with a project implementation plan including required resources (direct and indirect cost, people, third party support, local requirements) and timelines during the bidding phase.
- Assessing the risks of the project, proposing appropriate mitigation solutions, estimating all resources with the implementation of the project, and providing the estimates to the Finance department.
- Understands stakeholder needs and processes and make sure that the requirements are documented effectively.
- Managing, monitoring, and control the program plan, scope, goals, risks, and deliverables that support project terms in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Performing all activities related to project planning, project timeline, resource allocation, and preparation of project budget to ensure smooth running and execution throughout project execution phases.
- Communicating closely with Hardware, Software, and Procurement to gather information pertaining to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation during and before the project start-up.
- Liaising with Hardware, Software, Procurement, logistics, and clients to ensure clear and open communication of all project/client requirements, needs, and issues.
- Acting as client support manager throughout project implementation, resolving issues and addressing client concerns proactively, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout all project phases.
- Ensuring that the sign-off milestones are obtained on time, direct clients’ invoicing by Finance department and upon the final handover of the project.
- Following up on payments according to the customer’s/partners contract terms and predefined milestones.
- Preparing periodical reports on project status and progress, budget variance analysis, and project issues and forwarding them to the operations director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering
