- Develop Department’s annual budget ensure all business unit performs within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
- Monitor and control department’ expenditures against approved department budget.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the activities of Admin & Support Services.
- Administering all non-direct patient related services for the Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC).
- Maintaining effective and efficient customer service utilizing best.
- Ensuring that work practices and standards of the PHC complies with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Health, accreditation standards and DHAMAN's policies and procedures.
