Quality Assurance Civil Engineer

Job Description

• Conduct various planned and unplanned internal audits to ensure that quality management systems requirements (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001and ISO 17025) are implemented properly.
• Prepare internal audit reports and records highlighting gaps / recommendations and communicate with departments to cover these gaps (NCR’s, observations & points for improvements).
• Prepare audit records (check lists/ NCR’s/ Recommend corrective actions) in coordination with departments to ensure reduction of nonconformity.
• Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits and measure the action effectiveness.
• Participate on communication and awareness activities conducted by QA department to increase employee’s knowledge of quality management and sustainability systems including drafting communications, materials and conducting awareness sessions.
• Recommend preventive actions through QHSE to ensure reduction of nonconformities.
• Make corrective actions reports for closing the external audits findings and implement needed corrective actions
• Review and updates QA procedures and instructions according to QHSE system.
• Assist on collecting, reporting and analyzing sustainability figures and comparing it to desired targets

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree in civil Engineering |TQM Diploma in quality Assurance and statistical quality control
• Language: Arabic & English
• Computer skills: Microsoft office
