Job Description

- Sell company products through different customer channels and achieve company set sales targets.
- Develop new sales leads and maintain healthy flow of sales funnel
- Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products.
- Present product information and deliver product samples
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Prepare required visit reports, sales reports, and documentation required to measure sales performance. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales channels.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
