Job Description
- Managing all accounting activities related to account receivable, account payable including financial posting, reconciliation, payments and information supporting
- Account receivable managing: supporting information requests of customers and sales reps, weekly aging reports and collection quality reports
- Account payable: invoices posting, reconciliation and responding to vendor's requests
- Managing payments to supplier and authorities
- Ensuring proper bank accounts management and monthly credit insurance reporting
- Petty cash posting and reconciliation
