Machinist

‎1. Estimating time and materials for machine jobs. To make parts from various materials, ‎such as metals, alloys and plastics.‎ ‎

2. Hands on experience in all types of machine such as Horizontal & Vertical boring, Lathe, ‎Drilling, Shaper, Grinding machine...etc ‎

3. Hands on experience in manufacturing & repair of valves parts and drilling tools etc…‎

‎4. MACHINIST must be able to interpret the parts design from blueprints. Communication ‎with the MACHINE SUPERVISOR / IN- CHARGE if required to make any necessary changes.‎ ‎

5. Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to be free from defects and ensure ‎conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as gages and measuring ‎instruments to meet tolerance requirements.‎ ‎

6. Properly and safely selects, aligns, secures and removes holding fixtures, cutting tools, ‎attachments, accessories and materials from machines. Recognizes, deploys and properly ‎uses inserts, fixtures and tooling ‎

7. Perform day-to-day activities /operation with Safe manner. Maintain the periodic safety ‎observations and inspections.‎
