Job Description
- Managing relationships with Deliveroo’s newly onboarded accounts. You will be the main point of contact with the restaurant partners; working to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided and that all requests are actioned within agreed timeframes.
- Owning and supporting relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders, building your network of contacts within the F&B industry.
- Analyzing data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
