- Conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness.
- Working with industry and business specialists to develop and implement client visions, road maps and governance to address today's business needs and support future growth.
- Conduct regular SWOT analysis and makes recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal business process improvement.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Translating proposed strategies into actionable plans and business cases with clear owners, timing, key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough cybersecurity assessment of Company corporate and business units and ensure that all Company's interests are well protected from IT perspective.
