Interface and meet with stakeholders as needed for software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, & support

Implement software while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations.

Manipulating database contents from PL/SQL and/or Java code.

Programming and tuning database functions, SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers, etc.

Inform management and relevant personnel of project status.

Assist in presenting the software to key prospects during detailed demonstrations.

Address technical questions; occasionally provide backup to existing technical support staff; resolve customer technical issues and concerns.
