- Degree in business/ public administration, engineering, hospitality, multimedia, or similar
- Extensive work experience in a similar role including supervisory experience
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written)
- Excellent command of the Arabic language (spoken/written) Experience
- Must possess sound business judgment, analytical expertise, and high degree of comprehension to develop clear, concise, and practical solutions
- Broad, comprehensive knowledge of applicable policies and procedures with specialized knowledge of organization, supervision and administrative systems and maintenance/construction practices for residential and recreational properties
- Effective decision-making skills
- Skillful in dealing tactfully and positively with stakeholders
- Ability to plan for events with all relevant details, present the plans for approval, and implement the approved plans
