- You will successfully conduct day-to-day work and tackle problems in your technical engineering area
- You will share domain and industry knowledge between multi-disciplinary teams
- You will serve as a guide and mentor to others engineers. We are an engineering organization of diverse experience levels
- You will extend outside of direct group and collaborate with peers across a senior level organization
- You will lead a community of practice and bring people together for shared progress
- You will report on status of difficult or high-level projects to local tech leadership via written or oral means; ensuring documentation is complete
- You will facilitate progress with different partners with wide-ranging perspectives to develop effective solutions to issues
- You will strive for optimum efficiency by applying systems thinking across boundaries and making recommendations about design, policies and processes
- You will take a whole systems approach to analyze issues and implement holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made
