Content Operational Specialist

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Content) to design and implement differentiated process
• Analyzes how information is recorded and how the process can be improved
• Audits legal documents that can impact the company
• Works to increase the value of a business
• Reengineers processes to improve efficiency
• Promotes a smooth delivery system for products and services going to clients and providers
• Oversees quality control
• Supervises production
• Recommends process improvements for every day operating procedures
• Ensures that corporate accounting and legal policies and procedures are kept
• Assists with financial reporting
• Solves complex problems relating to the operation of the business

Education and Experience
