Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all field research across WBG.
- Remotely manage teams of field monitors and coordinate field assignments and deployments, including ensuring that security protocols for daily field movements are followed.
- Coordinate and ensure proper training of all field staff and oversee the first-stage data entry process and data quality review.
- Coordinate site visits with IPs and work with local authorities to obtain access to sites.
- Provide first-level data quality assurance, including assessing data for quality, strength, completeness, and veracity.
