Job Description
- Responsible for properly implementing shift delivery.
- Provide direct care to patients.
- Carrying out entry and exit procedures, transportation and assisting others with nursing and care activities.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
- Conduct and document initial patient assessments (nursing history), data summarization, disease diagnoses/patient care needs and appropriate ongoing assessment.
- Monitor and record the patient's vital signs and general symptoms, including the patients' physiological condition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Very good in English
- Smart & Good looking
