Dispatch officers are responsible for overseeing day to day operations by dispatching orders to shoppers, recording and monitoring performance, communicating with colleagues as well as reporting KPIs to department manager in addition to any other related issues that might occur.
The dispatch officer main role is to ultimately making sure that orders are delivered with the right items at the right time.
