Job Description
- Writes and curates content designed to engage followers and promote the brand in a positive manner
- Creates and executes social media campaigns to promote the branding of company products
- Conducts research to see what competitors are doing and to learn popular trends to incorporate into the strategy
- Ensure customer satisfaction, she must respond to complaints, questions and comments left on the company's social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner
- Continuously monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.
- To stop any unsafe act or spill and report to the Department Head / Management immediately.
- To report any near miss / incidents to the Department Head / Management.
- To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 22000 procedures, policy, manual and formats
