Job Description
- To submit suggestions for improvement of hospital nursing services to the Director
- Follow-up to adhere to the hospital uniform
- Evaluating and directing nursing plans provided to patients by analyzing the information provided and submitting reports thereon
- Reviewing and evaluating the needs of each hospital department
- Participation and cooperation in the development of training and education programs in the hospital
- Reviewing, supporting and developing nursing policies and procedures in the hospital
- Reporting to the hospital director
- Perform any other tasks assigned to it by the hospital director
- Participate with the medical director in meetings of the committees for infection control, quality and medicine
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in nursing.
- Master degree in nursing.
- Diploma in hospital management ( Is preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience is a must.
