Job Description
- Develop the HSE policy for the group, in compliance with the corporate requirements, national and international laws and regulations, certification standards and sustainability requirements.
- Strengthen the groups Process Safety Management (PSM) system.
- Advise and challenge management in translating the HSE policy of the operational costs into annual and longer-term HSE plans and in setting priorities and short-term and long-term targets.
- Build and maintain a group wide HSE platform, making use of/ sharing HSE best practice within the group and making sure the HSE organization is easy to access and visible for Management and employees.
