Job Description
- Preparation of all BIM standard procedures including BEP, modeling guidelines, modeling matrix.
- Responsible for all outcoming and incoming BIM deliverables and scheduling to match the construction schedule.
- Generating BOQ dictionary and link to all 3D models and take-offs.
- Held a regular coordination meeting between project different departments.
- Distribute tasks and duties among the BIM team.
Job Requirements
- Must have design experience.
- Should be from a consultancy background
- Should have experience of working in Healthcare, entertainment, and high rise towers projects
- Must have experience of Revit (Mandatory)
- Must have BIM experience software.
- Must have good communication skills, as they will coordinate with Pakistan, India, KSA, and Portugal office.
