Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Sales & CS (focus on Sales Controlling – Real Estate module, Customer Care module, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement).
- Converts Data and Migrates from legacy systems (on request).
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document End User Requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map end user business requirements, processes and objectives; develops the necessary modifications, to satisfy those needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP Sales & CS modules.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with end user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

- Relevant Bachelor Degree
- From 3 to 5 years of experience
- Previous experience in Logistics module
- Previous experience in HR module
- Previous experience in Finance module
- Previous experience in Key Success Factors
