- Lead the development to build advanced mobile applications
- Review code developed by mobile team members.
- Design and Architect Mobile Applications.
- Engage with Business team to build delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide the team to resolve them.
- Breakdown tasks to other team members.
- Review team Estimates and Correct Developers.
- Document Development Plans.
- Identify Technical and Business challenges.
- Communication and alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Backend integration requirements and validations.
- Review Documentation for written code.
- Build training plans for the team.
- Build technical strategies for the team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Mobile Applications Development team Leader
- Build technical strategies for the team.
- Review Documentation for written code
- Document Development Plans.
