Service Quality and Client Support:
With the guidance of the Chief, develop Unit's annual budgetary requirements.
Manages all aspects of KJSO client support including the implementation of the client
support systems at the KJSO including iNeed (receiving, logging and tracking incoming client requests and queries). Coordination and monitoring of processes/cases, work flow status including analyzing and identifying pending/delayed cases for SL managers attention/actions
