Marketing Specialist (Events Planner)

Job Description

• Recommend events calendar that enhance our brand equity and awareness.
• Monitor, managing and Analyze events related to certain criteria.
• Outline the scope of the event, including time, date, location, and budget.
• Scout and inspect event venues and company identity.
• Work with vendors to get bids and determine best fits for the budget and goals of the event
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Coordinate event logistics and services, including technology and equipment needed to run the event, food, drinks, transportation, lodging, and more.
• Manage the budget and ensure event stays within guidelines; ensure vendors are paid.
• Update clients with new events in timely manner.
• Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions.
• Manage the Events, website and social media channels with due regard for the College.
• Through the departments of events, the community of parties, conferences and markets interested in the product.
• Event planning and coordinate every single detail of an event such as meetings, conventions and trade shows, festivals, parties.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from any of the following specialties (Arts “English” - Alsun “English”- Commerce “English or Arabic Section” - Mass Communication)
• Very good understanding of English.
• Very good in MS office package.
• Has analytical skills.
• Aware with common events locally and globally
