Job Description
- Study Project bill of quantities ,Design drawings, schedules &specifications .
- Prepare and review shop as built coordination & composite drawings .
- Reviews sub-contractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance specifications and contract agreements .
- Prepare RFI'S and coordinate between mechanical works and other trades .
- Prepare material submittal and Quantity survey .
- Prepare and follow up variation Orders and purchasing orders .
- Preparing and reviews invoices
- Site progress tracking and participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties
Job Requirements
- Experience 3 up to 4 years in MEP industry
- CAD 2D, 3D and Shop drawing is a must
- Drafting Software proficiency (Hab, Rivet, Autocad,….)
- Ability to design HVAC System
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Mega Projects back ground preferred
- Good user of Microsoft Office
- Good English is a must
- Residents of October City or nearby
