Job Description
- Review Preliminary designs, Specifications, and BOQ related to the project.
- Study project BOQ, drawings, and schedules.
- Prepare shop drawings and follow-up drawings comments during the implementation process.
- Make sure that project work stays compliant with industry standards, specifications, building codes, and design concepts.
- Review sub-contractor shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreement.
- Prepare As-Built drawings.
- Preparing RFI's and RFP's related to the project.
- Prepare correspondence and documents related to the assigned project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 3-7 years of Experience in Technical office (Shop Drawings)
