- Knowledge and Experience in using purchasing & inventory systems.
- Responds to inquiries requiring a general understanding of work-area policies and procedures. Ensures inquiries are addressed and resolved.
- Monitor movement of supplies.
- Communicates delivery issues, shortages and price discrepancies.
- Matches vendor price confirmation to purchase order expected pricing.
- Monitor accurate purchase order prices and vendor cataloging.
- Ensure that all assigned purchases are budgeted and have the necessary approvals.
- Maintain knowledge relating to current technology, vendor competence and competitive marketing conditions as they relate to the requirements of the COMPANY.
